Exchange Policy
At COCONUT, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. That’s why we have an exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If the size or color of your item is not what you expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Simply follow the steps below:
- Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange in the comment section.
- Include a clear photo of the item with the original hangtag still attached. (Exchanges will not be processed without this.)
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, a team member will contact you to confirm the details.
- A courier will be arranged to collect the item and complete the exchange.
Please note:
- Exchanges are only accepted if the original hangtag is still attached.
- Requests made after the 48-hour window are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, alternative options will be offered.
- Packages must not be opened until courier fees have been paid.
We aim to make the exchange process as smooth as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange to be completed.
