At COCONUT, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. That's why an exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you find that the size or color of your item is not what you expected, we are happy to offer an exchange within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply follow the steps below:
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange in the comment section below.
- Once your exchange request is approved, someone will get in contact to review the details.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options.
Finally, The package cannot be opened until the courier fees have been paid.
We strive to make the exchange process as smooth as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for the entire process to be completed.
